Profile of Group/Instituiton:

Sandeep Saxena an alumnus of IIT-Kanpur and IIM-Lucknow, returned to India from the United States. He was employed at an MNC, and one aspect of his work involved researching the Indian economy. Sandeep Saxena quit his job to bridge the gap between supply and demand of food. Sandeep opted for natural cultivation methods to grow food forests.

Sandeep Saxena’s philosophy reflects the deep knowledge and beauty about creating food-forests. He has developed and maintained natural food forests that supply pristine, most healthy natural farm and forest products for healthy and healing food to the consumers.

Now Sandeep has multiple food forests across India associated with him, each having a different nature of its own. Many of the Food Forests have around 175 types of big and small flora.

He is reviving the Natural and Traditional product ecosystem.

In addition, Sandeep is also guiding village communities around the farms, and with many large land owners, to develop food forests that qualify for the consumption basket.
